Centrifugal Casting Services

Dense, High-Alloy Pipe and Sleeves for Extreme Service

Overview

Coronado Steel centrifugally casts stainless steel and nickel-base pipe and sleeves up to 32.5″ OD, serving demanding applications in the heat-treating, petrochemical, and steel industries. Wall thicknesses range from 3/16″ to 4″, allowing production of both thin-wall sections and heavy-duty sleeves for radiant tubes, furnace rolls, and other continuous-service components.

The centrifugal casting process produces dense, uniform structures with minimal porosity, ideal for high-temperature and corrosive-service environments. Our expertise with ASTM A297 H-Series, A351, A494, and proprietary heat resistant alloys ensures reliable performance under extreme conditions.

Centrifugally cast pipe can be integrated with in-house machining, fabrication, and assembly services to deliver fully finished, ready-to-install components—saving time, reducing outsourcing, and maintaining consistent quality from casting to completion.
